WORK WITH ME
How do we Build Cultures of Lifelong Learning?
Facilitated Professional Book Clubs
Our facilitated professional book clubs offer an engaging and impactful way to support ongoing educator development while strengthening school culture. Through thoughtfully selected texts and guided discussions, staff members explore current educational topics, share diverse perspectives, and build deeper connections with colleagues. These book clubs foster a culture of collaboration, reflection, and continuous learning, ultimately enhancing both individual growth and collective efficacy within the school community.

For whole faculty or teams
Book Clubs have a greater impact than a stand-alone workshop or reading professional texts on our own because synthesis, processing, and meaning-making happen through conversation with others. From deep dives into child development theories and instructional pedagogy to conversations aimed on internalizing and operationalizing core values, Book Clubs build a culture of lifelong learning and continual growth while having lots of fun with your team along the way. Or, as one participant put it: "PD that doesn't suck!"

for parent groups
Facilitated parent book clubs provide a supportive space for families to engage with educational topics, fostering stronger home-school partnerships and deeper understanding of child development and learning strategies. These clubs empower parents with knowledge and community, enhancing their ability to support their children's academic and emotional growth.
